How do you expand and modernize a beautiful 1920's church without sacrificing its unique character? Koch Hazard Architects answered with a design for a fellowship hall addition that, while clearly a 2000's structure, expands the church in a natural, organic way with great respect for the original architecture.
The new plan adds space amenity and convenience to serve the congregation well into the 21st century. Included, along with the fellowship hall, are a new kitchen, restrooms, coat room and an entry complete with an elevator sized for caskets.
