Originally built in 1965, the Instructional Planning Center (IPC) no longer met the needs of the Sioux Falls School District.

This two phase project - addition then renovation - adds much needed space as well as technology, flexibility, and security to serve the District for the next 40 years.

The IPC site does not have a "back" side so the design places all mechanical equipment, including the chiller, on the roof, enclosed in a curved form that also contains the high volume of the School Board meeting and multipurpose room.
