This new, four-level building, constructed on the site of the current Lee Medicine & Science Hall, houses the USD School of Medicine and USD's Health Science Programs. Construction will be phased to provide for the continuous operation of the School of Medicine.

The commons, which separates the east and west wings, will facilitate the construction process and, when complete, will be the focal point of the school - a large, multi-level open space where students and faculty can interact to enhance learning.
