This five-story office and retail building (with a basement parking level) located at the intersection of 1st Avenue and 12th Street is designed to complement the scale and character of the U. S. Courthouse across the street and to respect the surrounding Downtown Historic District.

Courthouse Square is registered LEED Gold version 2.1and has already received national recognition through the GSA Environmental Awards program. The project was one of three to receive the award in 2006.
