Koch Hazard Architects restored and rehabilitated this 1899 historic register warehouse building to accommodate a variety of office and retail spaces, including Koch Hazard's offices on the second floor.

Falls Center is the recipient of an AIASD Honor Award and a Mayor's Award for Historic Preservation.
