The YWCA asked Koch Hazard Architects to prepare a master plan for its downtown Sioux Falls facility to show how it could best accommodate the organization's expanding and evolving programming.

The activities wing, with its gym, pool and lockers had not been touched since it was built and the vacated women's residence wing had been only partially converted to house a childcare center.
