Historic Washington High School is transformed to house three cultural entities. The Husby Performing Arts Center includes the 1900-seat Great Hall, the 300-seat Belbas theater and a multipurpose hall. The Visual Arts Center features five major galleries.

The Kirby Science Discovery Center includes three floors of exhibit space and the Wells Fargo Cinedome, a new large format domed theater.

The Pavilion's four-story lobby is organized around two fifty-foot high, light-filled atria. On the first level, Leonardo's Café offers food and refreshments to Pavilion visitors.
