The Owatonna senior housing project consists of two three-story residential wings with grade level parking garages on a portion of the first floor. The residential units within the wings contain a variety of one and two bedroom units as well as two bedroom plus den type units.

The wings are connected by a two and a half story central commons area, offering a wide variety of services and amenities. The first floor of the commons area has a two-story chapel with a balcony from the second floor, library, game room, and activities room. The second floor has a large dining room, movie theater and full service kitchen. Adjacent to the dining room is a large veranda intended for residents to enjoy outdoor dining.

The interior features include six transparent fireplaces located on the first and second floors of the commons areas, craftsman style woodwork and large windows to take advantage of natural light. Each unit feature great views and private balconies.
