The Creekside Apartment building is a single three-story building on a 3.42 acre site adjacent to the Lodge at Prairie Creek site. This project is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded project. The apartment building consists of 58 single bedroom apartments at 540 square feet and one two-bedroom manager units at 800 square feet.

The building also has other amenities such as a private dining room, party kitchen, TV lounge, and wellness spaces. Overall exterior construction consists of cement board siding, brick and asphalt shingles.
