This University of Sioux Falls project includes a 24,000 sf renovation of the existing building, primarily to update building systems, and a two story addition of approximately 13,400 sf at the southwest corner of the building. The facility will house General Biology, Bio-Research Laboratory, Nursing Laboratory, and general classrooms.
