Citi helps back green energy project in Howard, SD

Groundbreaking Wednesday for an $8.1 million expansion of the rural learning center in Howard, South Dakota. Citi Foundation gave $250,000 to help support the center. It will help create a highly efficient, sustainable green training facility in Howard. Center president Randy Parry says the green training facility will have a hotel and restaurant. Parry also says he's not only happy about their ability to communicate all over the world, but to really help local communities. The 3,600 square foot expansion will be built to the highest level of leadership in energy and environment design standards.
