Creekside Apartments has opened near 57th Street and Solberg Avenue. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funded the project, and the 58 one-bedroom units for income-eligible seniors are managed by The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. Koch Hazard Architects designed the project.
