As a Senior Principal and Studio Director at Koch Hazard Architects, Chris has
experience in historic preservation, adaptive re-use, sensitive and respectful
additions to existing buildings, as well as new facilities for K-12 and post
secondary education and new city, county, state and federal projects such as
fire stations, airports, military installations, and jails. Chris advises
clients on a broad spectrum of project types involving programming, design, and
construction administration.
Chris' ability to facilitate work sessions and listen closely to clients enables him to program and plan projects which are uniquely client centered.
