Firm Structure

Comprehensive Services
The firm's comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach is reflected in the extensive array of services offered: research, sustainability, feasibility analysis, master planning, programming, building design, space planning, interior and landscape design, graphic design, historic surveys and preservation/restoration services.
Diversity of Practice
Koch Hazard Architects is qualified to address a broad range of issues. The firm's expertise includes education, healthcare and recreation facilities, commercial, governmental and cultural facilities, churches, multi-family and residences, preservation, restoration and adaptive reuse. This diversity of work exposes the firm to an array of ideas, which enrich each project.
Research
Research is an integral part of the firm's practice. Because of this research our projects work better for the people who use them, cost less to build and are responsive to change.

Koch Hazard Architects is committed to excellence in client service. Client satisfaction is our measure of success. We work closely with and listen carefully to our clients, then produce - constantly striving to exceed expectations. Each Koch Hazard Architects project is a unique, innovative response to a specific set of client needs and project circumstances.
